The Roof terrace concrete deck was waterproofed with a system named Sika Roofpro 624 system by Sika for 20 years warranty. The project was completed in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Before instaling the waterproofing our team meticulously inspected and repaired all cracks, joints and hole in the structural slab, ensuring a properly prepared substrate for long-lastingperformance and maximum protection. Once the surface preparation was completed the required coats of Sikalastic 624 were applied followed by the installation of the reinforcing fabric at all areas exactly as specified in the manufacturer’s technical data sheet.
