Parking garage and Ramp waterproofed with traffic coating Tremco Vulkem 350NF/346/346/346 Waterproofing system for 10 years warranty. Work was completed per phases and as per Tremco specs and inspected by a representative. Preparation, cleaning and each coat starting with the MSUP primer and consequently each coating of waterproofing was measurement and inspected to guarantee the adequate product installation for the type of warranty provided. This type of work takes between 2 to 3 weeks depending on the Square footage of the parking garage and the project size.
